How long does production take?
3–5 working days after you approve your mockup. Large or departmental bulk orders take 5–7 working days, so order early for convocation week.
Do I need to pay upfront?
Yes, a 70% deposit confirms your order and starts production. The remaining 30% is paid on collection or before delivery. See the payment page for details.
Can I see a design before printing?
Always. We send a digital mockup on WhatsApp for your approval, and nothing is printed until you are happy with it.
What information should I send with my order?
Your full name, WhatsApp number, department, faculty and set; the products and quantities you want (and banner size, if any); the exact name and title to print; colour preferences; high-resolution photos or logos; your pickup or delivery choice; and the date you need it by. The pre-order form collects all of this for you.
Is there a discount for my whole set?
Yes. Departmental and set-wide orders get special bulk pricing, free design options and staged payment plans. Class reps can also join our ambassador programme.
Where do I collect my order?
Collection is at SUB (Student Union Building), OAU. We also deliver within campus and around Ile-Ife, and can courier outside Ile-Ife.
