From order to collection

We confirm the items and final price with you.

Step 2Pay the 70% deposit

Production starts once your deposit is received.

Step 3Send proof of payment

Share your receipt screenshot in the same WhatsApp chat.

Step 4Approve your mockup

We send a digital mockup. Nothing prints until you say yes.

Step 5Pay the balance & collect

Pick up at SUB or receive your delivery.

Payment terms

Good to know

70% deposit

A 70% deposit confirms your order and starts production. The remaining 30% is paid on collection or before delivery.

Turnaround

3–5 working days from mockup approval. Large or departmental bulk orders take 5–7 working days.

Sets and departments can request staged payment plans. Talk to us on WhatsApp.
